“Chris created a really relaxed environment and I quickly felt comfortable with hypnotherapy. In three sessions he helped me deal with a range of confidence issues at work. I’ll always be grateful for the help and advice he has given me.”
Therapy Methods I Use
These are the main therapies I use to help people in dealing with their issues. I don’t limit this solely to hypnotherapy, but we can talk through what method may be best to suit you. If you would like help on your journey?
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a curative healing method that is used to create subconscious change in a client and helps them form new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviours or feelings. It is undertaken with the client in hypnosis.
NLP
Neuro Linguistic Programming uses language to change the way you react to particular things. I find it works well for clients who want to reshape their relationships with others and create positive outcomes for themselves.
Humanistic counselling
A humanistic approach provides a distinct method of counselling and focuses predominately on my client’s unique, personal potential to explore creativity, growth, love and psychological understanding.
